    The hydraulic modular trailer is a special transport trailer that is mainly used for heavy cargo transportation, such as transformers, frame beams, formed bridge parts, hulls, etc.

    Classification of hydraulic axle semi-trailers:

According to the load capacity and trailer design, there are mainly two models.

1. G1 model.

The G1 model is the model upgraded by our company based on the Goldhofer hydraulic hydraulic trailer. The vehicle consists of power gooseneck, axle modular, bogie, and drawbar parts. Among them, the axle module part includes 2-axis module, 3-axis module, 4-axis module, 5-axis module, and 6-axis module. Customers can arbitrarily splice according to their needs to meet the transportation needs of different goods. This model can be spliced ​​with Goldhofer THP/SL models.

Model features:

  • The hydraulic modular trailer turntable connection part between the trailer working platform and the walking device is convenient for vehicle steering and has higher steering efficiency.
  • The G1 model has a stronger ability to resist concentrated loads.
  • Hydraulic axle models can be spliced with multiple modules to meet the requirements of cargo transportation sizes or axle loads.
  • The upper limit of the axle load of the Goldhofer hydraulic axle is higher. When the vehicle speed is 5km/h, the axle load can reach 33.6 tons, and when the speed is 0.5km/h, the axle load can reach 44 tons.
  • Considering the vehicle's integrity, the frame is produced by a gantry machining center, and all the vehicle mounting holes are completed by one-time clamping. The frame structure produced in this way is accurately spliced and has high strength.
  • The CNC bending system is adopted, and the overall pipeline is more accurate and beautiful. The pipeline is highly sealed and highly replaceable.

2. N3 model.

The N3 model is a hydraulic modular trailer independently developed by our company in combination with heavy-duty transport hydraulic modular trailers such as in France and Germany. This model consists of a hydraulic gooseneck, power unit, axle modules, and a tail control panel, and can also be used with a tow bar. The hydraulic axle module is the same as the G1 model, and there are also 2-6 axles for customers to choose from. This model has the advantages of high stability, high frequency of use, and strong loading capacity in the transportation industry.

Trailer features:

  • The main structure and components of the vehicle are made of Q550D high-strength steel plates welded together. The box-type deconstruction design and high-strength steel plates make the trailer more durable, strong in concentrated load resistance, and stable and firm in structure.
  • The frame is processed by a gantry milling machine, with precise dimensions and seamless splicing. The spliced hoses are marked with numbers, which are easy to operate and not prone to errors.
  • The taillights, operating box, safety warning signs, etc. are integrated at the rear of the vehicle, which is easy to operate, highly visible, and safe.
  • All pipelines of the vehicle are completed by a fully automatic CNC hydraulic pipe bending machine, with precise dimensions, neatly arranged pipelines, and high consistency.
  • The first-wheel steering angle of the vehicle is 55°, which is a small steering angle.
  • By continuously optimizing the steering system, the steering dead point problem has been solved, the steering directivity is stronger, and the turning angle is more precise.
